Presentation Guideline
General Presentation Information
Each accepted paper may only be presented by one designated author (presenter). Presenters are required to complete the attendance provided by the organizing committee. The maximum duration for each presentation is 10 minutes.
The presentation session will be conducted in a parallel panel format, consisting of approximately 4–6 presenters in each room, followed by an interactive discussion session moderated by the assigned Session Chair.
Presentation File Submission
Presenters are required to upload their presentation slides to their assigned ROOM no later than August 31, 2026. Files must be submitted in .PPT or .PPTX format.
To ensure a consistent presentation format throughout the conference, presenters are strongly encouraged to use the official ICEBMR 2026 PowerPoint template, which can be downloaded below.

File Submission Requirements
| 1 | Presentation files must be submitted in .ppt or .pptx format (with or without narration/audio). |
| 2 | The maximum allowed file size is 20 MB. |
| 3 | Presenters are encouraged to use the official ICEBMR 2026 PowerPoint Template to maintain presentation consistency. |
| 4 | File naming format:
ROOM_SESSION_PresenterName.pptx
Example:
ROOM A_SESSION 1_Sang Condro Nugroho.pptx |
During the Presentation Session
Presenters are expected to join their assigned Zoom Room according to the official conference schedule. The Session Chair will moderate the session and facilitate the discussion, while the Broadcast Officer will assist in displaying presentation materials.
Please ensure that your presentation has been uploaded before the submission deadline. Each presenter will be allocated a maximum of 10 minutes for presentation, followed by a discussion and question-and-answer session.
